How to Return

To start a return, email us at motorpluguk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at motorpluguk@gmail.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no need to return the item.
