Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at motorpluguk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items that are damaged, used, fitted incorrectly, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers may be responsible for return postage unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
