UK Delivery
All orders ship free to mainland UK addresses. No minimum order required.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking details where available.
Tracking

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). While we aim to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside our control.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at motorpluguk@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and either reship or issue a full refund.
